Operations & Reliability Excellence Leader
Henry Swenor brings more than 30 years of experience in the paper and packaging, mining, and printing industries, with deep expertise in manufacturing operations, asset utilization, and reliability. At McKinley, he drives operational performance and maintenance excellence, drawing on a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple industrial sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions with Georgia-Pacific, International Paper, Greif, Resource Label, Cleveland-Cliffs, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory. He is a US Navy veteran and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Financial & Strategic Administration Leader
Miguel Lara brings more than two decades of experience in the paper and packaging industry, with deep expertise developed at Bio Pappel and its U.S. platform, McKinley Paper and Packaging Company. At McKinley, he drives strategic planning initiatives and operational alignment across North American operations, leveraging a strong background in corporate finance and administrative management. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles overseeing financial oversight and reporting for major business units, including the Titán, Kraft, Printing, and Fiber divisions. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.

Manufacturing & Engineering Leader
Chad Zablit brings more than 32 years of manufacturing and engineering leadership experience in the pulp and paper industry, with deep expertise in virgin and recycled containerboard and packaging operations. At McKinley, he drives operational excellence and strategic transformation across multiple production facilities, strengthening performance and long-term competitiveness. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with INDEVCO Group, Interstate Resources, and DS Smith. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from Alvernia University.
Steve Saenz

Steve Saenz

Human Resources Strategy Leader
Steve Saenz brings more than 25 years of domestic and international Human Resources leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial environments. At McKinley, he leads organizational design, talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, benefits, and compensation strategies that support sustainable business growth. He has lived and worked in 6 countries across industries including manufacturing, energy rentals, environmental services, and oil and gas, aligning people strategy with business objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University and maintains PHR, OSHA, and Green Belt certifications.
Oscar Maldonado

Oscar Maldonado

Cross-Functional Operations Leadership
Oscar Maldonado brings more than 25 years of experience in the paper industry and was appointed Director of Supply Chain in January 2025. At McKinley, he strengthens supply chain performance through cross-functional leadership and alignment across finance, human resources, procurement, and operations. He built his career at Bio Pappel, where he held senior leadership roles within the Finance function across multiple business groups, developing deep expertise in operational strategy and organizational priorities. He brings extensive leadership experience in finance and cross-functional integration within complex manufacturing environments.
Todd Ayers

Todd Ayers

Commercial Leadership
Todd Ayers brings more than 20 years of experience in the pulp and paper and corrugated packaging industries and serves as Commercial Director for Paper and Packaging. At McKinley, he leads commercial strategy, sales performance, and executive-level partnerships that drive revenue growth and margin expansion. He joined the company in July 2024 as Commercial Director for Packaging and was appointed to his current role in May 2025. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing sales organizations and developed innovative commercialization strategies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from Hampden-Sydney College.
Tonie Meyers

Tonie Meyers

Strategic Growth & Industry Performance
Tonie Meyers brings more than 30 years of experience in the paper industry and was named Managing Director of McKinley Paper and Packaging on January 1, 2025. At McKinley, she leads the organization with broad expertise spanning finance, sales, and executive leadership, guiding strategic growth and operational performance. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with Billerud/Verso, KapStone Paper and Packaging, International Paper, and Champion International. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hampton University.
